SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Options:

    Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

    Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

    Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery.

  • Shipping Costs:

    Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. Free Shipping offers are valid on Standard Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only; one shipping address per order. Offer cannot be applied to past purchases.

    Normal delivery time for shipments to the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is 5-7 business days via ground service. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

    Expedited and overnight shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

    3. Order Processing:

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Returns Policy

  • Return Window:

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • Return Process:

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@elitainovations.com
    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.

    Include a copy of your original packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Refunds:

    Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving your return.

    Shipping charges are only refunded if we send the wrong item or if the item was damaged during shipment.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

  • Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges, the customer pays for shipping. You can pay this through a credit card or check/money order. Please do not send cash.
